As a Director - Global Business School, you will be responsible for provide leadership, administer academic programs, set high standards of overall education and be the face of the institute.

Qualification and Experience Required:

Roles and Responsibilities :

Overseeing all the activities to ensure that educational goals are met
To develop the curriculum on par with the best institutes
To devise mechanisms to enable the student to get placement onpar with the best of the B-schools
Exhibiting innovative leadership through creativity and engagement with the evolving business environment.
Guiding the financial team to responsibly handle expenditures and budgeting
To structure the academic calender and ensure execution to conform academic success.
Fostering relationships with relevant organizations and other educational institutes.
Providing strategic direction for the business school in alignment with its mission and values.
Formulating and implementing a strategy that will enhance the value and reputation of the institution.
Organizing, planning, and setting priorities for allocation of resources.
Building strong relationships with the business community
You have to develop the culture of conducting MDPs & FDPs & Consultancy in the B-school (faculty & department)

Candidate Profile:

15 Years and above experience in the field of education management.
Ph.d degree in management from top 15 NIRF Ranking Institutes.
Work experience in a Business school as a Dean, Director, Senior Professor, Placement head or Administrative Head.
Highly effective communicator in writing and speaking.
An in depth understanding of P&L responsibilities of an Educational Institute.

Experience: 15 to 20 years
